8 Week Beginner Tai Chi Class
Golden Leopard will be offering a morning and evening Yang Tai Chi classes. The classes are designed to give participants a basic overview of Tai Chi principles and practice. The classes will cover a short 8 posture Tai Chi form and Chi Kung exercises. There is no prior experience needed.
Join us and learn a practical set of exercises to put to immediate use in helping the practitioner reap the benefits both physically and mentally from this ancient Chinese practice.
