Tai Chi and Health – Encouraging Articles
As technology pushes at us in every aspect of our lives from the Healthcare we receive to the toys we buy our children. But as this is happening we continue to find “low tech” things that have proven themselves over time and continue to amaze people. Tai Chi just happens to be one of those “things” dating back over 1,500 years.
An article on CNN was recently passed along to me and I would like to share the link. This specific article discusses a study that was done to see what if any effects the practice of Tai Chi (Yang style in this specific study) would have on persons suffering from Fibromyalgia.
